6:30pm-PTA General Meeting-Challenger Awards Prgm after Mtg.

ALL PARENTS WELCOME TO ATTEND WHETHER YOU ARE A PTA MEMBER OR NOT!

A "general" meeting is where all parents, teachers, staff, etc... hear the different school-related items, events, projects and ideas that our PTA board members have previously discussed and would like to present to the general pta members.  The PTA President, Linda Shaw will open the meeting and discuss the topics for the evening. The PTA Treasurer, Mimi Friedewald will present the budget numbers for you to keep aprised of the dollars being spent and raised at McAuliffe. Motions will be presented to all parents and open for questions and  comments, then a vote will take place saying "Yea or Nay" to the items.  Meetings are usually 30-45 minutes long, unless it is a night with a program directly after the meeting, then they will last approx. 15 minutes.
